Steps To Create Audio From Text :-

1. Open Any Browser any Type text2speech.org in Address Bar and Press Enter

1. Now You are at text2speech.org Home page. Select Any Text you Want to convert in audio. ( I Copied Here Sample Text Showing in the Screen Shot Below and Pasted it into the Text Box.

1. Now Select any Voice Type Out of the Given Voice Options. 
2. Now Select Talking Speed As per Requirement. ( I Selected Normal Talking Speed in This Example.
3. Then Type The Name For Your Audio. I Leave it Default Name "speech". You can Set any Name For Your Audio As you Want. Then Click On Start Button To Convert Your Text Into Audio.
4. You Can See Your Text is Converted into Two audio formats (.mp3, .wma). You Can Download Your audio By Clicking on the filename.mp3 and filename.wav or You can Also Play your Audio By Click Play Button. (See Screenshot Below)
