Linking Email Account With MS Outlook.

Steps To Link Your Gmail Account With MS Outlook:-

1. Log into your Gmail accountUsing Your ID and Password, (Also Check how To Create Gmail Account )

2. Click the gear icon at the top right, then choose Settings.

3. Click Forwarding and POP/IMAPto bring up the POP and IMAP settings.,

4. Click on Enable IMAP.,

5. Click on Save Changes.

6. Now Click Your Account Icon and Then Google Account (When You Click on Google Account A New Page will Appears)

7. Now Choose Security Options In Google Account Page. (After Selecting Security Option You have to Scroll down and Enable "Less Secure App Access")

8. Click on "Turn on access (not recommended)", When You Click on My Account A New Page will Appears

9. Now Click on Toggle Button to Enable The Less Secure App Access.

10. Now Open MS Outlook, Go To start>All Program> MS Office> MS Outlook,

Choose Tools>Account The setting, When You Click on Account Setting An Account Setting Dialogue Box Appears,

11. Click New button in Account Setting Dialogue Box (When you Click on New An "Add-New Email Account" Dialogue Box Appears)

12. Now Select default Option In "Add new Email Account Dialogue Box" Or Select MicrosoftExchange, POP3, IMAP, Or HTTP Option and Press next Button

13. Now Fill All The fields in the Add New Dialogue Box and Click Next Button,

Wait For Few seconds Until Connect Your Account and Click on Next (When It Enabled).

14. After Clicking On Next Button You Will See a Message "Congratulations Your Pop3 Account is configured "
